These days, flexible space is an office industry term that is usually in relation to either your contract or workspace solutions.
A flexible contract will tend to be one that does not require a long-term commitment.
Flexible workspace solutions is usually to do with offering a workspace that is not fixed such as a co-working space where you do not need to have a fixed desk and have access to different areas within that company’s portfolio.
A flexible contract and workspace is something we still provide but we have taken the term flexible somewhat further to meet our customers needs.
The Start-Up Environment.
Our main customers tend to be small to medium size businesses who’s development is constantly changing and sometimes unpredictable. We understand that the start-up journey can be both turbulent and fast-paced and the economic climate can hit small businesses first.
LibertySpace champion local businesses and are passionate about seeing them succeed. We recognise that space needs can change from time to time dependant on business development. That is why we can be flexible with your space.
What Do We Mean By Flexible?
Flexible to us means that we can put up or knock down walls and doors to suit you.
So, for example, if you are looking to take on your first staff member but you are in a one person office, we can move you to a bigger office or knock down a wall to give you that needed larger space.
It can also work in the opposite direction. If you feel you are paying for an office that is too large for your needs. We are open to helping you down-size to a smaller affordable office that suits your business needs so you can put that saved money into something more valuable in your business.
We have anything from a 1 person office to our biggest office with 17 people (which continues to grow).
If you are a start-up looking for a working space away from home but can’t quite afford your own office yet – we have the co-working hubs in our Rosyth, Kinross and Dundee centres.
Work on growing your business in our co-working hubs then approach us when you are ready to take on your own space if you need it.
We have worked with a number of small to medium sized businesses over the years and have plenty of experience in space solutions. We will always ask you questions and advise to ensure the space you take on is suitable and affordable for you and your business at the time of request.
Whatever you need to help you succeed, you are always welcome to speak to us.
