They ensure the effective and efficient running of our centres every day. Most of all though, they keep our clients happy and focused on building their own businesses.
They are not just receptionists, their roles cover counsellor, event planner, networker, car park attendant, sales person, IT expert and more. We like to think of the front of house role as hospitality. The exception being that our clients have space to rent and not a room. Sadly, we don’t provide a full Scottish either!
Our team go from simply handling a call to listening to the struggles and successes of clients growing their businesses. They make sure the supplies are in and the much needed coffee is ready.
It might not seem like it, but they carry out the small everyday tasks to make a client’s day that bit easier. It allows businesses more time to focus on what matters.
